Joe's Tire is a family-owned business founded in 2003 by Roy Hershberger and his sons. Their goal was to achieve financial freedom while enabling Roy to pursue his dream of starting a children's home in Kenya, Africa. This aspiration was fulfilled in 2013.
Since the inception of the company, Joe's Tire has been committed to delivering high-quality tires and light mechanical work to the communities they serve, always with honesty and a friendly demeanor.
Their aim is to treat their customers like family, providing them with kindness, compassion, empathy, and building relationships based on Christian values. This approach is crucial to them, ensuring that every customer feels valued and respected.

Jake started with the company in 2004 as a tire tech, working his way up to CEO starting in 2018.
He loves his family, travel, and a good Chuck Norris joke.He knows his way around a spreadsheet.
Ryan started with the company in 2006 in the tire bays and moved up in the company, eventually being named the COO in 2019.
In his free time, Ryan plays the guitar, the banjo, and maybe a video game now and then.
Joe has been with the company since it began in 2003, moving into the role of General Manager in 2013.
Besides his role at the company, Joe runs a horse farm and loves trucks. And yes, as a matter of fact, this is the Joe from the Joe's Tire name.

Vernon has been with Joe's Tire since 2006, stepping into the role of Purchasing Manager in 2019.
What does he do in his down time? Well, he loves hanging out with his wife, but also Xbox. He loves fantasy football as well.
Chris started with Joe's Tire in 2013 after moving back from Arkansas. He became a store manager in 2018.
Chris enjoys spending time with his family and coaching a Bible quiz team, and playing video games well; Chris likes just about anything competitive.
PJ started at Joe's in 2016 as a salesman before taking a position as a store manager in 2017.
PJ loves spending time with his family, playing golf, fishing, and watching football.
Arlynn started with Joe's in 2013 as a Tire Tech before moving his way into Sales and is now the Store Manager.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing hockey, Hunting, and doing burnouts in his truck.
Michael started with the company in 2008 and moved into sales in 2019 after years of working as the warehouse manager. In June of 2022 he became the Process Coordinator.
In his free time, Michael enjoys any type of competition and sport as well as travelling.
Tammy started with Joe's in 2015 as an administrative assistant before moving into sales in 2016.
Tammy loves spending time with her husband, but her real passion is lacing up her old roller skates anytime she can.

Joe started with the company in 2018 and moved into sales in the middle of a crazy 2020.Joe enjoys playing video games, watching television, and working on his car in his free time. When he's not doing those things, he's probably taking in a bit of archery.
He's a man of the world, this one.
Delilah started with the company in 2015 as a bookkeeper before stepping into a management role in 2020.
She loves her pets and bad puns -- she finds whiteboards remarkable.
Hannah started with Joe's Tire in 2017, working with Payroll and Human Resources.
She loves her dogs, her husband, and dirt track racing. She does not love rice.
Jeremy started with the company as a tire tech back in Feb of 2019. Jeremy loves aviation and is working on his private pilot license. He always has a dad joke to start the day.
In the fall of 2021 he started his new position at the main HQ.
